Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present Terms and Conditions govern the online purchase of products offered by ROYALTEX SRL through the website.
The user is invited to read carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you fully accept the conditions set out below.

2. Subject of the contract

These general conditions govern the sale of products offered by ROYALTEX SRL through its own e-commerce site, aimed at consumers and professionals.

3. Products and availability

  • The products for sale are described in the respective technical data sheets available on the website.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and do not always accurately represent the purchased item.
  • The availability of products is indicated on the website, but it may change in real time.


4. Prices and payments

  • All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Shipping costs are communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, the user will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the purchased products, price, shipping costs, and payment methods.
The sales contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of receipt by ROYALTEX SRL.


6. Shipping and delivery

  • The goods are shipped to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order.
  • Delivery times are indicative and vary depending on the destination. In Italy, normally within 2-7 working days.
  • ROYALTEX SRL is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.


7. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notification to: ordini@royaltex.it

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the notification, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Products must be returned intact, unused, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or customized.

8. Legal warranty

All products sold by ROYALTEX SRL are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code.
The customer must report any defects within 14 days of discovery, sending a communication to ordini@royaltex.it.


9. Limitations of Liability

ROYALTEX SRL cannot be held responsible for:

  • Improper or non-compliant use of purchased products.
  • Malfunctions due to force majeure or courier responsibility.


10. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please consult the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law and competent court

The contract is governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the interpretation and/or execution of the contract, the Consumer's Court (place of residence or domicile of the buyer) shall have jurisdiction or, in the case of a professional client, the Court of Bergamo.
