Right of Withdrawal

According to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Damaged, used items or those returned after the set deadline will not be accepted.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-measure products.

Return Policy

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated by ROYALTEX SRL.
• After receiving and checking the returned products, you will receive a confirmation email of acceptance.
